Our Team

I’m Traci, the founder of Oréa Salon, and I’ve been in the beauty industry for 7 years. My focus has always been on scalp and hair health first because I truly believe beautiful hair starts with a healthy foundation.

I’m multi-certified in extensions, but now exclusively specialize in Invisible Bead Extensions® (IBE®) as a Master Technician. I have a huge passion for precision installs and creating seamless, natural-looking extensions that feel like they’re truly your own hair. I offer straight, wavy, and curly extension textures, allowing each installation to be completely customized to your natural hair, lifestyle, and desired look. I also specialize in blondes and all things color, while offering a full range of salon services.

Creating Oréa has been such an exciting new chapter for me. I wanted to create more than just a place to get your hair done. I wanted it to be somewhere you can slow down, relax, feel comfortable, and genuinely enjoy your time in the chair. At the same time, I wanted to create a space where stylists have the freedom to be creative, grow their artistry, and build something they’re truly proud of.

My vision for Oréa is a salon that feels beautiful, inspiring, and intentional, but still feels welcoming and comfortable. A place where everyone — both in the chair and behind it — has the opportunity to grow and thrive.

Outside of the salon, you can usually find me doing Pilates, going on walks, traveling, relaxing, or spending time with my friends and family. I’m an iced latte girl through and through and love finding new coffee shops to try. I’m also engaged to my high school sweetheart, Jacob, so when I’m not at the salon, I’m probably somewhere wedding planning or talking about our wedding!

I’m so incredibly excited for this next chapter and everything I have planned for Oréa. I have so many dreams for this space, and I truly believe this is only the beginning. I’m so happy you’re here and excited to have you along for the journey. 🤍

Hi, I’m Addie! I love helping people feel confident, beautiful, and their best selves. I’ve always had a passion for hair and all the little details that make each look uniquely you!

When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me listening to music, adding to my vinyl record collection, drinking matcha, shopping, or spending time with my friends & family.

I specialize in all things color — from bright, dimensional blondes to bold, vivid pinks! I’m so excited for what’s to come and would LOVE to see you in my chair!

Hi Oréa girls!! I’m so excited to share that I’ll be coming back home to do hair part-time at Oréa!

A little about me — my name is Lillie, and I’m originally from Brookville, Indiana. I went to hair school at JZ Academy in Utah and currently live in Arizona, where I also work at a salon. I specialize in extensions, blonding, and lived-in color.

I’ll be splitting my time between Arizona and Indiana, making my way back home to do what I love. I’m so excited to be back behind the chair and have a space at Oréa!
